Description
Designed by Architect Maria Rita Menicucci in collaboration with The Good Mood Factory, this project is set in Baldasserona, within the Republic of San Marino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The initiative aims to revitalize a parking area while improving pedestrian access to San Marino’s well-known cable car and the city’s historic centre. By introducing a thoughtfully integrated system of ramps, stairs, and lifts, the design will ensure better accessibility for both visitors and residents.
Covering over 8,000 square meters, the development will feature approximately 300 parking spaces for cars and 11 designated sites for caravans providing a functional and modern solution to meet the area’s needs.
